我厂试制的250型单体活塞环,内孔为椭圆形。以前我们在车床上,用机械夹具夹紧活塞环的内孔,用二把刀同时加工二端面。在加工过程中会产生振动,加工到半途工件会松掉,力再加大工件就会断裂。加工效率低,成品率只有三分之二。经研究,产生上述主要现象的原因是:由于活塞环内孔是椭圆形的,使用机械夹具夹紧内孔时,得不到均匀的夹紧力和接触面造成的。针对这个问题,我们设计了一种黄油的油压夹具(见附图),通过生产实践,消除了上述
