目的观察大葱提取物大葱油对人胃癌MGC-803细胞裸鼠皮下移植瘤生长的抑制作用。方法建立人胃癌MGC-803细胞裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型,实验组腹腔注射10mg/ml大葱油注射液0.5ml/次,对照组腹腔注射20mg/ml吐温-800.5ml/次,观察各组移植瘤生长情况,计算肿瘤生长抑制率及DNA图像分析DNA指数及平均DNA质量。结果肿瘤生长抑制率为36.07%。实验组肿瘤DNA指数和平均DNA质量下降。结论大葱提取物大葱油对人胃癌移植瘤生长具有抑制作用,抑制肿瘤细胞DNA指数及平均DNA质量可能是其抗肿瘤的机制。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of Welsh onion scallion oil on the growth of human gastric cancer MGC-803 subcutaneously transplanted tumor. Methods The subcutaneous xenograft model of human gastric cancer MGC-803 cells was established. The experimental group was injected intraperitoneally with 0.5mg / ml of green onion oil injection and the control group was injected intraperitoneally with 20mg / ml Tween-800.5ml / Tumor growth, calculate the tumor growth inhibition rate and DNA image analysis DNA index and average DNA quality. Results The tumor growth inhibition rate was 36.07%. The experimental group tumor DNA index and average DNA quality decreased. Conclusion Scallion oil, a scallion extract, has an inhibitory effect on the growth of human gastric cancer xenografts. Inhibition of DNA index and average DNA quality of tumor cells may be the mechanism of its anti-tumor effect.
