目的:研究温度、土壤湿度及光照对幼虫外逃及其成活的影响,从中选取饲养蝠蛾幼虫的最适条件,为室内大规模饲养幼虫奠定基础。方法:本研究设温度、土壤湿度及光照三因子,每因子设三水平,选用L934正交表,即采用三因素三水平的正交试验。结果为:其它条件一致,幼虫饲养的最适方案为温度10℃,湿度40%,全光照。
Objective: To study the effects of temperature, soil moisture and light on the flight and survival of larvae, and to select the optimal conditions for feeding the larvae of the moths to lay the foundation for large-scale indoor larvae. Methods: In this study, three factors of temperature, soil moisture and light were set up. Three factors were set for each factor. The L934 orthogonal table was used, that is, an orthogonal experiment with three factors and three levels was used. The results are as follows: The other conditions are the same, the optimum plan for larvae feeding is temperature 10 ℃, humidity 40%, full light.
