目的:探讨二维彩色多普勒超声诊断多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的价值。方法:通过对30例临床诊断PCOS患者及15例卵巢成多囊状态(PCOM)而无血激素改变者进行经腹部超声及经阴道超声,观察双侧卵巢的形态特点、卵巢的体积、卵泡个数及直径、卵巢间质血流频谱及血生化改变,与25例正常组进行统计学对比。结果:PCOS组、PCOM组卵巢体积增大,囊泡个数增多,囊泡卵泡大小和数量以卵巢间质血流频谱的改变及并结合临床症状和血生化指标的改变,直径减小,卵巢问质面积增大、回声增强,卵巢间质血流呈高速低阻型,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二维彩色超声诊断对多囊卵巢综合征者具有重要的诊断价值,通过超声动态观察卵巢形态学改变,可提高多囊卵巢综合征的准确性,对临床诊断和治疗提供了很大帮助,具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Conclusion: Two-dimensional color ultrasound diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome patients have important diagnostic value, through the dynamic observation of ovarian morphological changes can improve the accuracy of polycystic ovary syndrome, which provides great help for clinical diagnosis and treatment , Has important diagnostic value.
