2000年中国供电国际会议组织领导委员会、技术委员会于2000年4月5日在北京召开工作会议,宣布两委会正式成立,并颁发聘书。中国供电国际会议由国家电力公司和中国电机工程学会联合主办,上海市电力公司、中国电机工程学会城市供电专委会及国际供电会议(CIRED)中国联络委员会具体承办。2000年中国供电国际会议(英文China International Conference on ElectricityDistribution,缩写为CICED 2000)已经国家科学技术部批准。国家计委、国家经贸委、国家科学技术部、国家机械工业局同意为支持单位,有关电力集团公司、省电力公司和国内外著名厂商、科研院所为协办单位。CICED 2000将于2000年10月17～20日在上海市
In 2000, the China Power Supply International Conference Organizing Committee and Technical Committee held a working meeting in Beijing on April 5, 2000, announcing that the two committees were formally established and issued letters of appointment. The China Power Supply International Conference was jointly sponsored by the State Power Corporation and the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering. The Shanghai Power Corporation, the China Electrical Engineering Society Urban Power Supply Committee, and the CIRED China Liaison Committee are the sole contractors. The 2000 China International Conference on Electricity Distribution (CICD 2000 for short) has been approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The State Planning Commission, the State Economic and Trade Commission, the State Ministry of Science and Technology, and the State Bureau of Machinery Industry agree to be the supporting units, and the relevant power group companies, provincial power companies, and domestic and foreign famous manufacturers and research institutes are co-organizers.
