为整铸式喷嘴环合理选材,研究了三种厚度1Cr18Ni9Ti材质板块试样在不同热处理工艺状态下的组织及室温、高温力学性能。结果表明,本材质铸态薄板试样内部存有一定量的疏松,塑性要比厚板试样差;淬火处理后的材料表现出比其它工艺状态下的材料具有更佳的塑韧性;随着试验温度的升高,材料的强度、塑性都有一定程度的下降。该材料在600-700℃范围内存在低塑性区,这是一个十分值得重视的问题。
In order to rationally select the ring of the whole casting nozzle, the microstructures and the mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature of three kinds of 1Cr18Ni9Ti plate samples under different heat treatment conditions were studied. The results show that there is a certain amount of looseness in the as-cast sheet samples, and the plasticity is worse than that of the slab samples. The quenched materials show better plasticity and toughness than those in other process conditions. The temperature increases, the strength of the material, plasticity has a certain degree of decline. The material has a low plastic zone in the range of 600-700 ° C, which is a very important issue.
