用自制的碳弧重熔设备，对喷涂在A3钢表面的Ni60和Fe60自熔合金涂层进行重熔处理。结果表明：碳弧重熔处理对基体的热影响小，熔敷层均匀致密；用此工艺可对大面积涂层进行重熔处理。分析了熔敷层的组织结构和相组成。
Using self-made carbon arc remelting equipment, Ni60 and Fe60 self-fluxing alloy coatings sprayed on the surface of A3 steel were remelted. The results show that the carbon arc remelting has little thermal influence on the substrate and the cladding layer is uniform and compact. The large area coating can be remelted by this process. The structure and phase composition of the cladding layer were analyzed.
