本论述简要论述了建设维吾尔民族文献数据库在西部大开发,对口支援新疆等重大政策的实施中提高维吾尔人对党的政策的正确认识;促进新疆和支援新疆的省市之间的相互理解和合作,保存和发展维吾尔民族文化等方面的积极意义;分析了建设维吾尔民族文献数据库的具体条件,并为顺利完成数据库建设提出了几点建议。 This essay briefly discusses the construction of Uyghur national literature database in the western development, counterpart support Xinjiang and other major policies to enhance Uyghur people’s correct understanding of the party’s policy; Xinjiang and Xinjiang provinces and municipalities to promote mutual understanding and cooperation , Preservation and development of Uighur national culture, etc. The specific conditions for constructing the Uyghur national literature database were analyzed, and some suggestions for the successful completion of the database construction were put forward.
