质量管理小组作为企业质量管理的基础工作和有效载体,在世界各国得到了极大的普及。在我国,虽然取得了相当的成绩,但普及率和活动效果尚不甚理想。主要原因是大多数企业员工缺乏主动参与质量管理小组活动的积极性。为从根本上改变我国质量管理小组效果不佳的状况,有必要对企业员工参加和被动参加质量管理小组的原因进行分析,共同研讨,采取相应的对策。
As a basic work and an effective carrier of enterprise quality management, the quality management team has gained tremendous popularity in all countries in the world. In our country, although considerable achievements have been made, the penetration rate and the effectiveness of activities have not yet been quite satisfactory. The main reason is that most corporate employees lack the initiative to participate in quality management team activities. In order to fundamentally change the ineffectiveness of our quality management team, it is necessary to analyze the reasons why employees participate in and passively participate in the quality management team to discuss and take appropriate countermeasures.
