在现代机械制造过程中,随着柔性和集成制造系统的发展,整个机械制造过程是在计算机控制下自动进行的,没有或很少需要人为干预,因此,制造过程中的过程监控与故障诊断是系统正常运行和产品质量的技术保证。本文介绍了现代机械制造系统监控与诊断系统的技术原理和系统组成结构,并讨论了系统的研究与发展方向。
In the modern machinery manufacturing process, with the development of flexible and integrated manufacturing systems, the entire mechanical manufacturing process is automatically carried out under the control of a computer with little or no human intervention. Therefore, process monitoring and fault diagnosis in the manufacturing process are System uptime and product quality technical assurance. This paper introduces the technical principle and system structure of modern machinery manufacturing system monitoring and diagnosis system, and discusses the research and development direction of the system.
