关于锥齿轮强度计算式,几十年来,国际上存在着以联邦德国DIN为基础的国标标准化组织(ISO)和以GLEASON为基础的美国齿轮制造者协会(AGMA)所代表的两大学派。他们都因认为自己的计算式较之对方更为优越而争论不休。梁桂明教授经过多年研究,经历了无数次的计算和摸索,终于证明了两者在理论公式方面是基本相同的,但在细节项目上、试验方法上和系数取值上有一定差别,从而基本上解决了两大学派的长期争论。1984年10月梁教授到美国参加AGMA秋季技术会议,宣读了这篇论文,受到各国与会专家的好评。《中国机械报》曾于1985年5月31日发表“中国人震惊了世界齿轮讲坛”一文,作了详细报道。1987年梁教授又参加了ISO召开的两次齿轮强度工作会议,也宣读了这篇论文。由于这篇论文学术性较强,篇幅也较大,本刊只作摘要发表,着重介绍该文的简化计算公式,此式简单、准确、实用,易为技术人员所采用。梁教授1950年毕业于清华大学机械系,三十多年来在机械工厂和高校中从事齿轮制造和研究工作,编写过《机械设计手册》、《机械工程手册》、《机修手册》等有关锥齿轮的设计计算章节。他的成就对我们正在攀登科技高峰的年青技术人员,是一个很大的鼓舞。
For the calculation of the strength of bevel gears, there have been two major schools represented internationally for decades on the basis of the DIN of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Association of Gear Manufacturers (GMA) based on GLEASON. They argue endlessly because they think their formulas are superior to each other. After years of research, Professor Liang Guiming has undergone countless calculations and tests, and finally proved that the two are basically the same in terms of theoretical formula, but there are some differences in the details of the test methods and the values of the coefficients, so that basically, Solved the long debate between the two schools. In October 1984, Professor Liang went to the United States to attend the AGMA Autumn Technology Conference and read the paper, praised by experts from all over the world. On May 31, 1985, China Machinery Daily published a report on “Chinese People Shocked the World Gear Forum” and gave a detailed report. Professor Liang also participated in the ISO twice held gear intensity meeting held in 1987, also read the paper. As this essay is more scholarly and larger in length, this publication is only published in abstracts and focuses on the simplified calculation formula of the essay. This method is simple, accurate and practical and is easy for technicians to adopt. Professor Liang graduated from Tsinghua University in 1950 with a mechanical department. He has been engaged in manufacturing and researching of gears for more than 30 years in mechanical factories and colleges and universities. He has written about mechanical design manuals, mechanical engineering manuals, machine repair manuals, Gear design calculation section. His accomplishments are a great encouragement to the young technicians who are climbing the heights of science and technology.
