教学效能感是解释教师教学动机的关键因素。调查结果显示,高职院校教师的教学效能感总体水平较高,个人教学效能感得分明显高于一般教学效能感;性别对高职教师的教学效能感没有显著影响;经济收入和职称对高职教师的教学效能感的影响比较显著。
Teaching efficacy is a key factor to explain teacher’s teaching motivation. The survey results show that teachers in higher vocational colleges generally have a higher level of teaching efficacy, higher scores in personal teaching efficacy than those in general teaching, and gender have no significant effect on the teaching effectiveness of higher vocational teachers. The influence of vocational teachers’ teaching efficacy is more significant.
