在对矿井提升机教学培训装置的构成分析基础上,对其控制系统的功能进行设计,确立了以双PLC控制的变频调速控制策略。依据控制系统功能对主要硬件和软件进行了分析和设计。对控制系统的主要硬件进行了选型,并给出了控制系统关键回路的详细原理图。软件设计部分,阐述了提升机正常工作过程模拟的软件工作过程和演示保护实施过程与原理的软件实现方法。
Based on the composition analysis of mine hoist teaching and training device, the function of its control system is designed, and a control strategy based on double PLC is established. The main hardware and software are analyzed and designed according to the control system function. The main hardware of the control system has been selected, and gives a detailed schematic diagram of the key circuits of the control system. In the part of software design, the working process of the software that simulates the normal work process of the elevator and the software implementation method of demonstrating and protecting the implementation process and principle are described.
