在民办高校转型发展过程中,财务管理专业人才培养应该强调培养学生的专业技能。课程的重复配置或者理论性较强都不利于财务专业学生技能培养。因此,民办高校财会专业对于财务管理课程进行改革已经刻不容缓,本论文将以财务管理和管理会计课程为例,将两门课程中重复部分消融,重新设计课程教学改革思路。 In the transitional development of private colleges and universities, the training of financial management professionals should emphasize the training of students’ professional skills. Reconfiguration of courses or theoretical strong are not conducive to financial professional students skills development. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the course of financial management in accounting major of private colleges and universities. In this thesis, taking the course of financial management and management accounting as an example, the repetition of the two courses will be abolished and the teaching reform will be redesigned.
