利用有限元分析软件对车身薄壁结构进行压电主动振动控制仿真分析。建立车身薄壁材料与压电片粘贴所得压电层合结构的有限元模型,采用有限元分析软件压电分析的功能和方法对系统进行静态分析、模态分析;在振动主动控制研究分析中利用比例控制法实现压电层片对车身薄壁结构振动的主动控制,分析压电层合结构几何参数对控制效果的影响,并得出参数影响规律。
Simulation and Analysis of Piezoelectric Active Vibration Control of Thin - Walled Body Structure Using Finite Element Analysis Software. The finite element model of the piezoelectric laminated structure obtained by the thin-walled material and the piezo-electric sheet is established. The static analysis and modal analysis are performed by using the functions and methods of the piezoelectric analysis of the finite element analysis software. In the research of active vibration control The proportional control method is adopted to realize the active control of the vibration of the thin-walled structure of the vehicle body by the piezoelectric layer, and the influence of the geometric parameters of the piezoelectric laminated structure on the control effect is analyzed.
