尾矿坝是一种特殊的岩土工程,也是一座人工建造的具有高势能泥石流巨大危险源的矿山工业构筑物。尾矿坝稳定与否是尾矿库能否安全的关键所在,尾矿坝稳定性研究是岩土工程界难以攻克的前沿课题。从尾矿坝自身的构造特征、几何形态、服役方式、组成介质及力学行为等方面,总结了尾矿坝工程的特殊性和复杂性,提出了尾矿坝安全管理的技术途径,即在线自动化监测和信息化预警,交代了尾矿坝安全监测信息化的关键问题,为尾矿坝安全监控和安全管理提供强有力的科学和技术依据。尾矿坝安全在线监测系统全面实行了信息化,并在山东招远地区玲南金矿、夏甸金矿和河东金矿进行了推广应用,实施效果极佳。

Tailings dam safety online monitoring system full implementation of the information technology, and Zhaoyuan area in Shandong Lingnan gold mine, Xia Dian Gold Mine and Hedong gold were promoted and implemented, the implementation of excellent results.
