在我国,石油化工作为主要能源支柱产业之一,对我国经济发展发挥着巨大的推动作用。而在石油资源的开发和利用中,加强对建设工程项目管理也具有十分重要的意义。相较于其他建筑工程,石油化工不仅投入更大、过程更复杂,而且管理更为严格。又因为在石油化工施工过程中,项目质量、整体成本、工程进度以及施工安全均存在紧密的联系,如此,加强对工程项目的管理就显得尤为重要。本文从现阶段石油化工建设工程项目的管理现状出发,就项目管理的措施,针对性提出了笔者的几点思考和意见。
In our country, the petrochemical industry is one of the major energy pillar industries and plays a huge role in promoting the economic development of our country. In the development and utilization of petroleum resources, it is also of great significance to strengthen the management of construction projects. Compared to other construction projects, the petrochemical industry is not only more investment, the process is more complex, and the management is more stringent. And because of the petrochemical construction process, project quality, overall cost, project progress and construction safety are closely linked, so to strengthen the management of the project is particularly important. This article from the current petrochemical construction project management status quo, project management measures, targeted I made a few thoughts and opinions.
