目的:为制定中国青年男性全血比粘度参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法:收集了中国117个单位用毛细管法测定的7400例健康青年男性全血比粘度参考值,用曲线回归分析的方法研究了其与海拔高度之间的关系。结果:发现随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,青年男性全血比粘度参考值按指定数律也在逐渐的增大,相关性很显著(r=0.916);推导出了一个曲线回归模型(^Y)=4.311.00137X±1.46。结论:假如知道了中国某地的海拔高度,就可以用回归模型估算该地区青年男性全血比粘度参考值;依据青年男性全血比粘度参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区、中部区、东部区。
Objective: To provide a scientific basis for the establishment of a unified standard of reference value of whole blood specific viscosity of Chinese young men. Methods: The reference value of the whole blood viscosity of 7400 healthy young men measured by capillary method was collected from 117 units in China, and the relationship between them and altitude was studied by curve regression analysis. Results: It was found that with the gradual increase of altitude, the reference value of specific viscosity of whole blood of young men also gradually increased with the correlation coefficient (r = 0.916), and a curve regression model was derived (^ Y) = 4.311.00137X ± 1.46. Conclusion: If we know the altitude of a place in China, we can use regression model to estimate the reference value of whole blood of young men in this area.
