次氯酸钠溶液在根管治疗中的临床疗效观察

目的观察1%次氯酸钠溶液在根管治疗中做为根管冲洗液,治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法将80例单根管慢性根尖周炎患牙,随机分为两组:实验组40例,用1%次氯酸钠溶液做根管冲洗液;对照组40例,用3%过氧化氢溶液做根管冲洗液,观察根管治疗后6个月的临床疗效。结果 1%次氯酸钠溶液做为根管冲洗液的实验组,治疗有效率57.9%,用3%过氧化氢溶液冲洗根管的对照组,治疗有效率43.2%(P<0.05)。结论 1%次氯酸钠溶液是临床上常用的有效的根管冲洗液。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 1% sodium hypochlorite solution as root canal irrigation solution in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis. Methods Eighty patients with chronic periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (40 cases), root canal irrigation solution (1% sodium hypochlorite solution) and control group (40 cases), which were treated with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution Root canal irrigation fluid, observe the clinical efficacy of root canal after 6 months of treatment. Results 1% sodium hypochlorite solution was used as the experimental group of root canal irrigation fluid. The effective rate was 57.9%. The control group of root canal was treated with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution. The effective rate was 43.2% (P <0.05). Conclusion 1% sodium hypochlorite solution is a commonly used effective root canal irrigation fluid.
