基层央行承担着执行货币政策、维护辖区金融稳定、提供金融服务等重要职责,这些职能的实现必须依靠人力资源。为进一步了解嘉峪关市中支人员流出现状,本文通过对嘉峪关市中支2012年-2016年人员流出情况进行调查研究,分析流出人员的结构特征和流出去向,根据分析结果探讨人员流出原因,从而减少人员流出并对人员队伍建设提出对策及建议。一、嘉峪关市中支2012年~2016年人员流出基本情况
The grass-roots central banks assume the important responsibilities of implementing monetary policy, maintaining financial stability in the area, and providing financial services.
