本文提出了在强酸性条件下,以薄层树脂相吸光光度法测定磷。此方法灵敏度高(ε_(750)9.7 x 10~5),比液相光度法提高11倍,精密度理想(测含磷 1μg/ml样品 6次, RSD=0.83%).实测天然水中磷,线性范围(定容 25ml) 0.1-1.2μg/ml,回收率: 97%~101%。
This paper presents the determination of phosphorus by thin resin phase spectrophotometry under strongly acidic conditions. The sensitivity of this method was high (ε_ (750) 9.7 x 10 ~ 5), which was 11 times higher than that of liquid phase spectrophotometry. The precision was satisfactory (RSD = 0.83%). The measured natural water phosphorus, linear range (constant volume 25ml) 0.1-1.2μg / ml, recovery: 97% ~ 101%.
