本文提出了在强酸性条件下，以薄层树脂相吸光光度法测定磷。此方法灵敏度高（ε_（７５０）９．７ ｘ １０～５），比液相光度法提高１１倍，精密度理想（测含磷 １μｇ／ｍｌ样品 ６次， ＲＳＤ＝０．８３％）．实测天然水中磷，线性范围（定容 ２５ｍｌ） ０．１－１．２μｇ／ｍｌ，回收率： ９７％～１０１％。
This paper presents the determination of phosphorus by thin resin phase spectrophotometry under strongly acidic conditions. The sensitivity of this method was high (ε_ (750) 9.7 x 10 ~ 5), which was 11 times higher than that of liquid phase spectrophotometry. The precision was satisfactory (RSD = 0.83%). The measured natural water phosphorus, linear range (constant volume 25ml) 0.1-1.2μg / ml, recovery: 97% ~ 101%.
