湖南永兴县自1985年以来进行烟稻连作,采用了一系列配套栽培技术,烟稻连作面积逐年扩大,1995年发展到6700公顷。每667平方米一般产烟叶170～200千克,产稻谷500～600千克。永兴县现已被列为全国15个优质烤烟基地县之一。在此将其高产配套栽培技术介绍如下:
Yongxing County, Hunan Province, has been carrying out continuous cropping of tobacco and rice since 1985 and has adopted a series of supporting cultivation techniques. The area of continuous cropping of tobacco and rice has been expanding year by year, reaching 6700 hectares in 1995. Each 667 square meters of tobacco produced 170 to 200 kg, producing 500 to 600 kg of rice. Yongxing County is now listed as one of 15 high-quality tobacco base counties nationwide.
