目的 :建立RP HPLC法测定双保险避孕套中的壬苯醇醚含量。方法 :采用菲罗门公司的 (月神 )C18色谱柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相 :甲醇 水 (90∶10 ) ,流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长 2 75nm ,灵敏度 0 .5AUFS ,进样量 2 0 μl。 结果 :壬苯醇醚在 0 .5~ 3.0mg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好。回归方程 :A =1.377× 10 6C - 4 .14 1× 10 3 r =0 .9999。平均回收率 :10 0 .8% (n =10 )RSD =1.3%。结论 :本法专属性强 ,结果准确可靠。可作为双保险避孕套中壬苯醇醚含量的质量控制标准。
Objective: To establish RP-HPLC method for the determination of nonoxynol in dual-insurance condom. METHODS: Phenomenex C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol water (90:10), flow rate 1.0 ml · min-1 and detection wavelength 2 75nm, sensitivity 0.5 AUFS, injection volume 20μl. Results: Nonoxynol showed good linearity in the range of 0.5 ~ 3.0 mg · ml-1. Regression equation: A = 1.377 × 10 6C - 4 .14 1 × 10 3 r = 0 .9999. Average recovery: 100.8% (n = 10) RSD = 1.3%. Conclusion: This law is specific and accurate and reliable. Can be used as double insurance condoms in nonoxynol content of quality control standards.
