目的:观察奇可力多糖(CPS)的抗衰老作用。方法:奇可力粗多糖按100、200、400mg/kg连续灌胃3~7d,观察小鼠的存活时间,连续游泳时间和免疫器官重量实验。大鼠连续灌胃20d,测血清LPO含量和SOD活性。结果:奇可力多糖能明显提高小鼠耐氧及抗疲劳能力,增加正常小鼠免疫器官重量,并明显增强小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬功能。可明显降低老年大鼠血清过氧化脂质(LPO)含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结论:奇可力多糖具有抗衰老作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-aging effect of chitosan polysaccharide (CPS). Methods: Chico polysaccharide was administered continuously at 100, 200 and 400mg / kg for 3 ~ 7 days. The survival time, continuous swimming time and weight of immune organ were observed. The rats were given gavage for 20 days continuously to measure the content of LPO and the activity of SOD. Results: Chico polysaccharide can significantly improve the ability of mice to resist oxygen and fatigue, increase the weight of immune organs in normal mice, and significantly enhance the phagocytic function of mouse reticuloendothelial system. Can significantly reduce the content of serum lipid peroxide (LPO) and increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in aged rats. Conclusion: Chico polysaccharide has anti-aging effects.
