公立医院作为我国医疗卫生组织的重要部门,其自身的发展对我国医疗卫生事业的发展起着重要的推进作用。随着医疗卫生行业制度的不断进步,公立医院必须从自身内部出发,进行问题的发掘并进行整改。就我国公立医院目前的管理体制来看,其中绩效考核工作无疑是需要参与提高与改进的重要组成部分。本文通过对公立医院进行绩效考核的价值阐述及我国公立医院绩效考核工作中存在的问题进行分析,提出了适合社会发展需要的公立医院绩效考核工作方案,以期达到促进公立医院更好的服务社会,保证卫生事业的健康有序发展。
