本文报道了口服醋酸棉酚(4毫克/公斤/日)两年的成年雄性恒河猴3只及对照猴2只的心肌超微结构、心肌 LDH 和 SDH 的电镜组化的观察,初步结果如下:1.猴心肌肌原纤维Ⅰ带 Z 线两侧各出现一条由电子密度较大的颗粒组成的细线,称 N线。服棉酚后 N 线的电子密度较对照组为低,同时Ⅰ带的宽度相应加大,提示棉酚有加深心肌纤维松弛状态的可能性。其它超微结构的改变如溶酶体数量增多,内质网扩张,局部地区的线粒体异常堆集、排列紊乱、数量明显增多,部分线粒体呈现轻度肿胀。2.组化方面,定位于心肌细胞线粒体和内质网中与心肌无氧糖酵解有关的 LDH 以及定位于线粒体的 SDH 活性均于服棉酚后增强。我们初步分析和讨论了以上结果与心肌纤维的松弛和收缩可能有关。
This article reports the ultrastructures of myocardial ultrastructure, myocardial LDH and SDH in 3 adult male rhesus monkeys orally administered with gossypol (4 mg / kg / day) for 2 years and the primary results were as follows : 1. Monkey Myofibril Ⅰ with Z lines on both sides of a large electron density of particles formed by the thin line, called the N line. After gossypol was applied, the electron density of N line was lower than that of the control group, and the width of Ⅰ band increased correspondingly, suggesting that gossypol may deepen the possibility of myocardial fiber relaxation. Other ultrastructural changes such as increased lysosomes, endoplasmic reticulum dilatation, abnormal accumulation of mitochondria in some areas, arranged in disorder, the number increased significantly, some mitochondria showed mild swelling. In the aspect of histochemistry, LDH and mitochondria-localized LDHs, which are located in mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum of myocardial cells, are both enhanced by gossypol. We preliminary analysis and discussion of the above results may be related to the relaxation and contraction of myocardial fibers.
