随着海外矿石资源的开发,进口矿用量的增加,原料结构变化引起混匀矿TFe、SiO2含量波动,导致混匀矿质量控制难度加大。为了应对原料结构的变化对烧结生产的影响,烧结厂原料区采取了加强原料准备过程的控制、优化配矿结构、加强配料秤管理、提高原料含水量精准度等措施,不断提高混匀矿的质量,满足了烧结生产的要求。
