目的 :分析探讨~(131)I治疗Graves病导致早发甲减的定量影响因素。方法 :抽取入住我院的156例经~(131)I治疗的Graves病患者(2010年10月至2014年12月)作为本次实验的研究对象,156例患者均随访一年,结合随访结果将其分为两组,早发甲减组51例,无早发甲减组105例;分析比较两组Graves病患者的年龄、病程、甲状腺质量、摄碘剂量等情况,探讨导致早发甲减的定量影响因素。结果 :随访发现,两组Graves病患者比较可得,组间年龄均值以及病程的结果不存在差异,P>0.05;但组间甲状腺质量以及每克组织~(131)I摄入量的结果存在差异,P<0.05。结论 :~(131)I治疗Graves病导致早发甲减的定量影响因素主要为甲状腺质量以及每克组织~(131)I摄入量。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the quantitative factors of early hypothyroidism caused by 131I treatment of Graves disease. Methods: One hundred and fifty-six patients with Graves disease (October, 2010 to December, 2014) treated in our hospital were enrolled in our hospital. One hundred and fifty-six patients were followed up for one year. Combined with follow-up results The patients were divided into two groups: 51 cases in early hypothyroidism group and 105 cases without early hypothyroidism group. The age, course of disease, thyroid gland quality, Quantitative impact factors reduced. Results: Follow-up found that two groups of patients with Graves disease were more available, the mean age between groups and the duration of the results there is no difference, P> 0.05; but the results of thyroid mass and ~ (131) I intake per gram of tissue Difference, P <0.05. Conclusion: The quantitative factors of early hypothyroidism caused by ~ (131) I treatment of Graves disease are mainly thyroid mass and ~ (131) I intake per gram of tissue.
