以丰花月季品种“莫海姆”为试材,用生长健壮、无病虫害的半木质化枝条作插穗,进行扦插基质(A)、生长调节剂种类(B)、生长调节剂浓度(C)和浸泡时间(D)4因素3水平正交实验。结果表明:扦插基质、生长调节剂种类、生长调节剂浓度和浸泡时间等因素对“莫海姆”成活率的影响顺序为B(生长调节剂种类)>D(浸泡时间)>C(生长调节剂浓度)>A(扦插基质);对生根数的影响顺序为A(扦插基质)>C(生长调节剂浓度)>D(浸泡时间)>B(生长调节剂种类);对平均根长的影响大小顺序为C(生长调节剂浓度)>D(浸泡时间)>A(扦插基质)>B(生长调节剂种类)。“莫海姆”扦插的最佳组合为A_2B_3C_1D_2(泥炭∶珍珠岩=1∶2,100mg·L~(-1) ABT生根粉,浸泡2h),其成活率达60%,平均生根数6.70条,平均根长6.57cm。
