找圆柱体工件的圆心,一般都是使用划规。但用此种方法找圆心,不仅麻烦,而且也不太准确。为此,设计了附图所示的工具找圆心较为简便、准确。该工具结构简单,制造容易,并且适用于任何直径的工件。 1.结构该工具主要由三部分组成:V型铁1、划线板2、螺栓3. V型铁1的角度最好为90°(可作为直角尺使用)。划线板2的中央设置有直线开口,直线开口位于V型铁的角平分线上。螺栓3将V型铁1和划线板工联接为一体。
