手卫生作为一种最基本、最简便易行的预防与控制病原体传播的手段,是降低医院感染最重要的措施~([1])。在临床护理工作中,护士的手带有大量的细菌,是医院感染的重要传播媒介,提高手卫生水平可降低30%的医院感染事件的发生~([2])。实习护士作为护理队伍中的特殊群体,他们能否有效的执行手卫生规范,对医院感染具有重要的意义~([3])。本研究拟探讨PDCA循环法对提高实习护士手卫生依从性的效果,报道如下。
As the most basic and easiest way to prevent and control the spread of pathogens, hand hygiene is the most important measure to reduce nosocomial infections. ([1]). In clinical nursing work, nurses’ hands carry a large amount of bacteria and are an important transmission medium for nosocomial infections. Improving hand hygiene levels can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections by 30%. [2] As a special group of nursing staff, internship nurses can effectively implement hand hygiene norms and are of great significance to nosocomial infections ([3]). This study was to explore the PDCA cycle method to improve the hand hygiene compliance of nurses, the effect is reported as follows.
