PCR产物的单链构象多态性(PCR-SSCP)分析法是近年发展的一种检测DNA单碱基变异的新方法。其特点是简便、灵敏和快速。已在DNA序列的多态性分析、遗传性疾病的基因诊断以及瘤基因和抑瘤基因突变的分析等方面显示出广阔的应用前景。
Single-strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) analysis of PCR products is a new method developed in recent years to detect DNA single-base variation. Its characteristics are simple, sensitive and fast. Has been in the DNA sequence polymorphism analysis, gene diagnosis of genetic diseases and oncogenes and tumor suppressor gene mutation analysis shows a broad application prospects.
