随着社会和经济的发展,舆情对于烟草行业生存与发展的影响力与日俱增。加强对舆情的管理,是维护行业稳定的应有之义。舆情管理重在预防,重在事前控制。结合烟草行业实际,本文对舆情预防进行了探索研究,并提出相应的预防对策,目的在于为烟草行业舆情管理工作提供借鉴,有效预防舆情,化解舆情危机,确保企业安全平稳运行。
With the social and economic development, the influence of public opinion on the survival and development of the tobacco industry is increasing day by day. Strengthening the management of public opinions is the proper meaning of safeguarding the stability of the industry. Public opinion management focuses on prevention, focusing on ex ante control. Combined with the reality of the tobacco industry, this paper explores the prevention of public opinion and puts forward corresponding preventive measures. The purpose is to provide reference for the public opinion management in the tobacco industry, effectively prevent public opinion and resolve the public opinion crisis, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the enterprise.
