随着经济体制改革不断深入,承包经营在企业内部得到层层落实,使经济效益不断提高。但是资金管理如何适应改革与承包经营的需要,给财务人员提出了新的课题。要变原来的材料、资金供给制的老方式,为材料买卖关系、资金有偿占用的新方式。同时又要使企业所属单位不发生由于货币资金闲置或不足而导致存贷利息差的增大。我局去年实行了企业内部银行结算办法,通过一年来的实践使我们体会到:
