有限元分析是一种基于弹性力学的理论,用数值计算方法,描述实际物体某一方面属性及在一定的条件下它的内部状态的一种分析,在大密度网格划分的情况下其近似物体现实状态或过程的程度很高,有很重要的实践指导意义。针对5500mm轧机的牌坊运用ANSYS软件对它在最大载荷情况下的应力应变状况进行分析,对于合理利用轧机具有重要意义。结果表明,当轧机的轧制力运行在最大的100000kN的情况下,牌坊的强度足够。
