眼球萎缩或摘除眼球者,常伴有结膜炎囊缩窄、穹窿部变线等畸形,不能装配义眼,需作结膜囊成形术。术后如处理不妥,结膜囊再度收缩以致手术效果不理想。我院从1980～1986年行结膜囊成形术60例,加强了术后处理,取得较满意的效果。 材料和方法 一、临床资料 60例中,男性38例,女性22例;年龄最大61岁,最小14岁。眼外伤31例占51.7％,(其中破裂伤21例占35.0％),化学伤6例占10.0％,热烧伤4例占6.7％),炎症后摘除眼球的16例占
