采用不完全双列杂交法,对高粱5个雄性不育系和5个雄性不育恢复系及其组配的25个组合,进行主要农艺性状与产量的相关分析和主要农艺性状与单株产量的通径分析。(1)通过表型相关分析结果表明,产量与穗柄长(0.5609)、株高(0.4923)、千粒重(0.4034)呈极显著正相关;与单株产量(0.3846)、穗重(0.4389)呈显著正相关。(2)通过主要农艺性状与单株产量的通径分析表明,对单株产量直接效应大小排序是:穗重>穗柄长>生育期>茎粗>千粒重>穗长>株高。
Incomplete diallel cross hybridization was used to analyze the correlations between the main agronomic traits and yield and the main agronomic traits and yield per plant of five male sterile lines and five male sterile restorer lines and their combinations in sorghum Path Analysis. (1) The phenotypic correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between yield and ear length (0.5609), plant height (0.4923) and 1000-grain weight (0.4034) Significantly positive correlation. (2) The path analysis of the main agronomic traits and yield per plant showed that the order of the direct effects on the yield per plant was: ear weight> ear length> growth period> stem diameter> 1000-grain weight> ear length> plant height.
