目的 :CD4 0是肿瘤坏死因子受体家族的一员 ,它对B细胞的存活 ,增殖和分化起重要作用。然而除B细胞外 ,CD4 0的表达情况还没有很好的研究。因此我们检测原发性肝细胞癌组织中CD4 0的表达情况。方法 :用SABC免疫组化法检测原发性肝细胞癌组织 (5 0例 )和非肝癌组织 (2 7例 )CD4 0的表达。结果 :4 0 %的原发性肝细胞癌组织检测到CD4 0抗原 ;而非肝癌组织未能检测到CD4 0抗原。结论 :原发性肝细胞癌组织中有CD4 0的表达 ,为进一步研究肝肿瘤生物学 ,尤其是抑制FAS和TNFR介导的细胞凋亡与基因治疗原发性肝细胞癌打下基础。
Objective: CD4 0 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family and plays an important role in the survival, proliferation and differentiation of B cells. However, in addition to B cells, CD4 0 expression has not been well studied. Therefore, we examined the expression of CD4 0 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: The expression of CD4 0 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (50 cases) and non-hepatocellular carcinoma (27 cases) was detected by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results: CD4 0 antigen was detected in 40% of primary hepatocellular carcinoma tissues; CD4 0 antigen was not detected in non-HCC tissues. Conclusion: The expression of CD4 0 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma tissue may lay a foundation for gene therapy of primary hepatocellular carcinoma in order to further study the biology of liver tumor, especially to inhibit FAS and TNFR-mediated apoptosis.
