今年初,中国与东盟新签署的《关于实施中国-东盟自贸区〈服务贸易协议〉第二批具体承诺的议定书》已经生效。自2007年1月中国与东盟签署《服务贸易协议》后,这是双方第二次就服务贸易相互开放作出具体承诺,成为中国与东盟在自贸区建成后取得的又一重要成果。 Earlier this year, China and ASEAN newly signed “Protocol on Implementation of the Second Batch of Specific Commitments Made in China-ASEAN Free Trade Area Agreement on Trade in Services” has come into effect. Since China and ASEAN signed the Agreement on Trade in Services in January 2007, this is the second time that the two sides made a concrete commitment to mutual openness in trade in services and has become another important achievement made by China and ASEAN after the completion of the free trade zone.
