世界著名的巴西教育家保罗·弗莱雷(Paulo Fleire)被誉为“拉丁美洲的杜威”,他在拉丁美洲和非洲开展了长期的教育实践研究,提出了以培养批判意识为目的的解放教育理论,主张利用“对话式教学”取代传统的“讲授式教学”。在耐心阅读完他所著的《被压迫者的教育学》之后,我深刻感觉到传统的讲授式教学存在着许多弊端,而他所提倡的“对话式教学”则是一种值得推广的新兴教学方法。下面我就向大家介绍一下我采用“对话式教学”的一些体会。
The world-famous Brazilian educator Paulo Fleire is known as “Dewey of Latin America”. He has conducted long-term educational practice research in Latin America and Africa, and proposed a liberation education aimed at cultivating critical consciousness. Theory advocates the use of “conversational teaching” to replace traditional “teaching instruction.” After reading patiently his book “The Pedagogy of the Oppressed,” I deeply felt that there are many shortcomings in traditional lecture-style teaching, and the “dialogue teaching” advocated by him is a new teaching method worthy of promotion. . Now I will introduce to you some of my experiences in using “conversational teaching.”
