目的 以总黄酮和葛根素的含量为指标,研究微波辅助革取葛根的提取工艺。方法 采用连续微波辐射方式进行微波萃取参数的单一因素考察。结果 微波功率、辐射时间、溶剂用量、原料粉碎度、原料含水量等工艺参数的选择对葛根中有效成分的提取均有影响。结论 微波辅助革取比传统加热回流提取葛根的效果好。从单一因素观察,优化工艺条件为:微波功率510W、辐射时问10 min;同时增加溶剂用量、提高原料粉碎度、延长原料浸泡时间将有利于葛根中有效成分的提取。
Objective To study the extraction technology of microwave-assisted puerarin extraction with the content of total flavonoids and puerarin as indicators. Methods The single factor of microwave extraction parameters was studied by continuous microwave radiation. Results The selection of technological parameters, such as microwave power, irradiation time, solvent dosage, raw material grinding degree and raw material moisture content, all affected the extraction of active ingredients in Pueraria lobata. Conclusion Microwave-assisted leather extraction is more effective than traditional heating reflux extraction of Pueraria lobata. Observed from a single factor, the optimized process conditions were: microwave power 510W, irradiation time 10 min; at the same time, increasing the amount of solvent, increasing the grinding degree of the raw material, and prolonging the soaking time of the raw material will be beneficial to the extraction of active ingredients from Radix Puerariae.
