1147例小儿血红蛋白值的分析——氰化高铁血红蛋白法

在我国7岁以下儿童营养性贫血患病率仍在30~50%,尤以3岁以下患病率最高,这在不同程度上影响儿童的体格及智能发育。由于我县是全国妇幼卫生示范县之一,有必要掌握本县7岁以下儿童贫血发生情况,以便防治。本文对1147例小儿进行血红蛋白值测定及对患病率分析,化验方法全部采用氰化高铁血红蛋白法,贫血诊断标准以WHO 公布6月至6岁小儿血红蛋白值<11g/dl为依据。一、对象和方法1.时间:1986年5月26日至6月3日。2.对象:从无锡县随机抽样四个乡中六个村及无锡县机关幼儿园中2个月至7岁以下儿童1147例。其中男598例,女547例。3.用722型光册分光光度计(上海第 In our country, the prevalence of nutritional anemia in children under 7 years old is still between 30% and 50%, especially the highest prevalence under 3 years old, which affects children’s physique and intelligence development in varying degrees.
