在小而薄零件的机械切削加工中,其厚度两平面需磨削加工。例如制造微型电机时铣整流子的槽铣刀,其尺寸是φ8×0.25_(-0.02),材质W18Cr4V。我厂曾在平面磨床上吸住后磨削,尽管砂轮修得较锋利,吃刀深度仅0.01mm,在磨削中仍然出现工件转圈、表面烧伤等现象。若加大吃刀深度,则工件可能飞出磁力平台,不能实现平面磨削。后来采用了胶粘结的方法把工件固定在平面磨床的磁力平台上来进行磨削加工,达到了零件的加工要求。具体作法如下:将废胶卷放入丙酮(CH_3COCH_3)溶液中,化成胶水,呈稀浆糊状,用玻璃瓶子密封好。加工前先将工件浸在酒精中清洗干净,然后放在平面
