目的　探讨中西医结合治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的方法。方法　选择 30例真菌性角膜溃疡患者 ,用羊膜经适当处理后移植于角膜创面 ,联合中药三仁汤清热利湿治疗。结果　本组好转率为 10 % (3/ 30 ) ,治愈率为 6 7% (2 6 /30 ) ,总有效率为 96 .7% (2 9/ 30 )。结论　运用羊膜移植联合中药治疗真菌性角膜溃疡疗效确切 ,值得推广 Objective To explore the method of treating the fungal corneal ulcer with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods Thirty patients with fungal corneal ulcer were selected. The amniotic membrane was transplanted into the corneal wound after proper treatment. The Chinese medicine Sanren Decoction was used to treat the patients with corneal ulcer. Results The improvement rate was 10% (3/30) in this group. The cure rate was 67% (26/30). The total effective rate was 96.7% (29/30). Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of fungal corneal ulcer exact effect, it is worth promoting
