课题来源:随着人们生活水平的不断提高,健康饮水越来越多地受到关注。我对小区居民的调查发现,目前多数饮用水来源于加热处理过的自来水或纯净水。但通过经常饮用发现,反复加热的水总有一种类似蒸锅水的浓烈异味,口感不佳。大多数人凭生活经验都知道饮用重煮水或久煮水不利于健康,但并不知其原因。我上网搜集了许多资料,知道加热处理不当的水中亚硝酸盐含量超标。经怎样加热处理后的水中亚硝酸盐的含量较低?饮水机反复加热的水对人体是否真的有害?加热不到100℃的水是否对人体有害?饮用什么样的水更有利于健康?
