对5例血管化髂骨移植一期植入种植体修复下颌骨缺损患者,义齿修复后分别采用吸光度法和过筛称重法进行咀嚼效率测定,结果显示其咀嚼效率可恢复至正常人的60.7％～96.6％,表明种植体应用于血管化骨移植修复下颌骨缺损可早期恢复患者的咀嚼功能。
In 5 cases of vascularized iliac bone graft implanted with implants for mandibular defect repair, the denture efficiency was measured by absorbance method and sieve weighing method respectively. The results showed that the masticatory efficiency could be restored to 60.7 % ~ 96.6%, indicating that implants used in vascularized bone graft in the restoration of mandibular defects can be early recovery of patients with chewing function.
