随着新课程改革的推进,“三级课程”体制的出台,教师参与课程的方式成为亟待探讨的一个课题。作者在分析教师参与课程开发的背景、现实状况的基础上,分别从国家和地方课程的校本化、校本课程的开发以及教师规划的个性化课程三个层面对教师参与课程的方式进行了探讨,并指出了教师参与课程开发须注意的几个方面。
With the advancing of the new curriculum reform and the promulgation of the “three-level curriculum” system, teachers’ participation in the curriculum has become an issue to be discussed urgently. Based on the analysis of the background and current situation of teachers’ participation in curriculum development, the author discusses the ways teachers participate in the curriculum from the three aspects of the school-based curriculum of national and local governments, the development of school-based curriculum and the personalized curriculum of teacher planning. And points out several aspects that teachers should pay attention to in the curriculum development.
