In this paper, DY85 1 voyage was collected from different landforms in “CC” area of the Eastern Pacific Basin. O, C, H and Si isotopes of different types of oceanic polymetallic nodules were comprehensively studied. The results show that the change of O isotope can reflect the formation environment, growth rate, material source and the metallogenic mechanism of the tuberculosis. The Si isotope composition characteristics can help infer the source of the core material of the tuberculosis. C isotope studies show that the metallogenesis of polymetallic nodules is Paleoclimate water cooling is under the general trend; δ1 3C, δ1 8O and δD regular changes, reflecting the ocean water cooling cycle and gradual change.
