民事裁判文书是调解民事权利义务争议的重要的司法文书,是审判过程和裁判结果的书面反映,也是法官行使国家审判权公正性的体现。本文以James Martin提出的评价系统中的介入系统为理论基础,从词汇层的角度探析民事裁判文书的语言特点,总结其彰显法律公正和司法权威的实现形式。 Civil adjudication instruments are important judicial instruments for mediating disputes over civil rights and obligations, as well as a written reflection of the trial process and the result of adjudication. They are also examples of the exercise of the impartiality of the judicial power of the state by judges. Based on the theory of intervention system proposed by James Martin in the evaluation system, this paper analyzes the linguistic features of civil adjudication documents from the perspective of lexical level, and summarizes its realization of legal fairness and judicial authority.
