三司会审是中国古代的一种审判制度。“三司”是中国古代三个主要的中央司法机关,源于战国时期的大尉、司空、司徒三法官,后世也称三法司。汉代的三法司是廷尉、御史中丞和司隶校尉;唐代以刑部尚书、御史大夫、大理卿为三司使;明清两代以刑部、大理寺、都察院为三法司。汉代以来,凡遇重大案件,由主管刑狱机关会同监察机关、司法机关共同审理。隋朝由刑部、御史台会同大理寺实行三法司会审。
The three division hearing is a kind of trial system in ancient China. “Three Divisions ” is the ancient Chinese three major central judicial organs, from the captains of the Warring States Period, Sagong and Stuart III judges, later also known as the three divisions. In the Han Dynasty, the three legal divisions were Ting Wei, Cishi Zhongcheng and Sijia Wei; in the Tang Dynasty, the criminal ministers, the imperialist doctor and Daliqing were the three chief ministers; the Ming and Qing dynasties were the three divisions of the Ministry of Punishments, Dali Temple and Duchamp; Since the Han Dynasty, all cases involving major crimes have been jointly handled by the prison organ in charge with the supervisory organ and the judiciary.
